Job Summary Maintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data while building strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not‑for‑profits, and the Levy team. Detailed Responsibilities Maintain accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data. Books maintenance and corrective journal entries. Act as liaison between Field (Operations and Accounting), bank and third‑party banking vendors. Act as liaison with the team, including partner’s operational team, Levy team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performance. Ensure required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month‑end closing. Complete assigned MAP objectives to achieve financial services goals. Manage payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable processes. Ensure all payroll information is accurate and submitted on a timely basis. Ensure all sales reports and financial statements are accurate prior to distribution. Clearly communicate financial results to management on a regular basis.
