Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is hiring a technical Accounts Payable Specialist for a high-volume role. This isn't a clerical position; it requires expertise in complex AP processes and automation.

 

Location: Farmer's Branch

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5

HYBRID . In office M/T/TH, remote W/F. Training on site first two weeks.

Compensation: $23.65-26.08

 

Responsibilities:

• 2-way and 3-way invoice matching.
• GL expense coding for non-PO invoices.
• Utilize automated AP systems and workflows.
• Communicate with vendors and all levels of employees.
• Invoice problem research and resolution.

 

Requirements:

• Experience with internal controls in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Experience with Medius AP Automation and INFOR Multi-Tenant ERP is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
