Responsibilities Under the direction of the Supervisor, Accounts Payable the position is responsible for the processing and payment of various types of invoices for all entities. The main function is to assure the accuracy and timeliness of payments for the system. Compensation Base pay range: $15.50/hr - $19.38/hr. Salary transparency note: The compensation range is provided to comply with state law and may be adjusted based on several factors. Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Graduate required. One (1) year related bookkeeping experience. One (1) year of college to include Accounting I or Elementary Accounting preferred. Physical/Working Conditions Environmental Demands and Exposure to Hazards: Works in a clean, well-lighted, heated or ventilated facility. No routine exposure to hazards. Remote/Hybrid: If deemed operationally necessary, position may be required to report in and work on-site. Physical Demands: Demonstrates physical and functional ability to perform full range of motion to accomplish tasks. Evidence of visual and aural acuity and finger and hand dexterity to operate computer and office equipment. Can withstand long periods of sitting, standing and/or constant walking. Ability to lift 10 lbs. Mental Demands: Ability to foster collaborative relationships, to work well under pressure, to organize and synthesize new information, and prioritize tasks. Possesses critical thinking, analytical skills and flexibility. Ability to multi-task. Requires detailed attention to work in an environment with interruptions. May be subject to irregular hours including evenings or weekends as necessary.
