THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Analyst, Indirect Procurement, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement of hardware, software and services necessary for the operation of the business unit or assigned projects. He/she ensures suppliers adherence to industry standards, timelines and other business unit driven expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Ensure the availability of necessary goods and services at the right time and cost, while also maximizing efficiency and minimizing risks
  • Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and compliance, in collaboration with our internal stakeholders
  • Alongside Manager, lead and support RFI/RFP process
  • Request necessary documents to assist in contract negotiations
  • Create and maintain vendor summary dashboards and vendor wheel
  • Support the Indirect Procurement team in supplier relationship management
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align procurement strategies with organizational goals
  • Obtain price proposals, SOWs, and other documents from external partners (vendors)
  • Collaborate with finance team to assure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints
  • Use procurement software and tools to streamline processes and enhance data analysis
  • Obtain and store necessary documents for vendors to meet complain requirements
  • Communicate project status with internal stakeholders
  • With Manager, maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships, and be accountable for resulting business performance
  • Document and maintain procedures pertaining to role
  • Partner with department leadership to design, create, and implement best-practices and efficiencies

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
  • 1-3 Years in a related field or position
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong financial acumen (complex price models, negotiation prep, commodity analysis, financial reconciliation)
  • Advanced Level on Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, project management

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
