You'll work under the guidance of experienced journeymen and project managers on a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Assist journeyman and project managers with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Pull wire, bend conduit, and help with layout and installation of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction when applicable.
- Travel to job sites as needed across Texas.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of tools and construction safety.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable around job sites that may involve firearms or firearm safety protocols (training provided if needed).

Work Schedule - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Approx. 40-45 hours per week
- Flexibility based on job needs
Work Location - Based in Texas with travel to project sites as needed
