Job Duties:

• Work under the guidance of Broker and Senior Management. We are happy to train the right person. Please apply, if you have at least 1 year of experience.
• Supervision: Supervise assistants and vendors at property management department
• Management: Oversee application, lease and maintenance to make sure whole team running smoothly
• Maintenance: Coordinate make ready, work orders with vendors including move out walks; Ensure Homes are move in ready for new resident
• Rent: Ensure rent checks collected each month, give 3 days notice , set payment plan with tenant, file eviction and handle court hearing
• Application and Lease: Screen new applicants and approve and handle new lease
• Renewal: Timely answer tenant questions for renewal, retain tenants and run comps
• Owner Relationship: Manage Owner relationships regards to their property management. Actively communicate with owners on lease, application status,
• Public Relation and leads: Maintain positive vendor relationships; handle all property management leads and secure the property management agreement
• Conflict and Legal Issue: As requested by broker to escalated legal issues that require immediate attention
• Leading by example: Maintain a positive living environment for residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up, Maintain good relationship with tenants, client, prospectors and team

Qualification:

• Knowledge of Propertyware and/or App Folio desired
• 1+ years of property management experience highly preferred
• Must live in/near Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, or Round Rock area
• Must be able to commute to office and have reliable transportation to go to and from properties
• Must be able to take direction and follow company policies and procedures and complete work in a timely manner
• Previously experience with property work orders preferred
• This is not a remote position and requires in-office attendance
• Typical work hours Monday-Friday, but some evenings and weekends may be required
• Must be happy working behind the desk and going to properties when needed
• Professional and kind demeanor required to interact with clients, other colleagues, vendors and agents
• Acceptance that this role may change and/or evolve over time
