Key Responsibilities Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring for M&A and capital markets deals. Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and offering memoranda. Conduct industry and company research to support deal origination and execution. Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Mentor and oversee Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development. Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, with a focus on TMT preferred. Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, comps), and transaction analysis. Deep understanding of TMT trends, business models, and key players. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor\'s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
