Summary We are seeking a motivated Canvasser to join our team at Capital Construction, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our roofing and siding services, and generating leads. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing top-notch exterior updates. Responsibilities - Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote Capital Construction's services. - Engage with potential customers to explain our offerings and gather interest. - Combine customer service and listening skills with marketing knowledge to persuade homeowners to set up an appointment - Communicate effectively with team members to report progress and share insights. - Maintain a positive attitude while representing the company in the field. Requirements - Previous experience in canvassing or sales is preferred. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. - Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. - Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. - A valid driver's license. - Have physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods of time.
