Our client is a private equity sponsored software technology firm that is quickly being recognized as a market leader within a mandated service sector. The business is achieving profitable growth and is seeking a strategic CFO to partner with the senior leadership team to drive finance, strategy and operational functions for the business.
We are seeking a commercially oriented Chief Financial Officer with demonstrated success and P&L leadership experience in a middle market software technology enterprise. Fundamental to the mandate is to drive strategic initiatives and oversee project management with oversight of all operations and financial management including banking/investor relationships. This individual will play a critical role driving strategic growth and overseeing all operations in direct partnership with the investors. Ideally, they will have experience in the Fintech, Healthtech or SaaS platform space, and have taken a company through transformational change.
This position ideally requires an individual with previous success leading a private equity-sponsored business (nice to have, although not required) and experience within the innovative software technology space. The Chief Financial Officer will play a key role in the implementation of best practices across the company to propel the business forward within their sector.
