Class A- Team CDL Truck Drivers
* $10,000 sign on bonus after meeting requirements!
* $1500 per week minimum guarantee if meet eligibility!
* Our drivers average $115k a year!
* ROUTES ARE 1 TO 3 DAYS IN LENGTH
* TEAM DRIVING
* Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance benefits available the 1st day of the following month after 60 days.
* 401k after 60 days, company match 6%
* Excellent pay (.40 cents per mile for first 30 days-Probationary rate)
* .47 cents per mile after 30 days, plus drop pay $20.48,
* Paid weekly
* SAFE EQUIPMENT-The average age of our tractors less than 24 months.
* Bonus eligible-bonus based on Bimbo QSR's profit target
* All routes originate out of Zanesville Ohio, so must be willing to drive to Zanesville plants for departure.
Job Requirements include:
* Valid Ohio Drivers License/CDL Class A
* At least one year's verifiable tractor trailer driving experience is preferred but not required.
* Safe driving record & good work history
* Must be able to lift 100 lbs
* Ability to provide excellent customer service and interaction
* Must be available to work any hours, during any days of the week including weekends and holidays
* This job requires physical labor unloading stacked trays of buns to replenish freezers at Quick Service Restaurants.
* Physical examination required every 2 years.
*STATEMENT OF PURPOSE*
Operates tractor-trailer truck for the New Bakery Transportation Company of Ohio, Inc.; maintains contact with supervisor or dispatcher for delivery instructions, transports product, off loads, records and collects proper logs and documentation. Ensures tractor-trailer truck operation and equipment adhere to Company procedures and government regulations.
*ACCOUNTABILITIES*
1. Connects trailer to truck and conducts pre-trip, mid-trip and post-trip safety inspection of tires, lights, horn, steering, service brakes, windshield wipers, mirrors and coupling devices. Signs off on inspections in accordance with Federal motor carrier safety regulations.
2. Drives truck to and from specified destinations. Removes empty store freezer racks, cleans freezer and rotates product to ensure old product is used first. Unloads product and places in freezer. Rotates truck product and reloads empty racks. Completes appropriate paperwork authorization and documentation from each destination. Ensures store security by activating alarm systems and following individual store safety requirements, as necessary.
3. Remains aware of customer’s needs and desires; insures continued high levels of customer service.
4. Records duty status with electronic recording device or paper logs to comply with Federal motor carrier safety regulations.
5. Notifies the Company of breakdowns, accidents or anticipated delays, as soon as possible.
6. Ensures tractor-trailer truck operations adhere to Company procedures and Federal motor carrier regulations.
7. Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
1-3 year of tractor trailer truck driving experience and valid "Class A" commercial driver's license with medical card

Knowledge of Federal motor carrier safety regulations, duty recording devices, computerized alarm systems, wheeled dollies, rack hooks, map reading and general truck repair.
