Location: Rochester Hills, MI
Compensation: $70,000–$110,000 base + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits
We represent a well-established commercial roofing and building envelope contractor expanding in Rochester Hills. They need an Estimator who can hit deadlines, build accurate proposals, and help drive profitable growth.

Key Duties:
Prepare estimates for $20K – multi-million-dollar projects
Review drawings/specifications and conduct takeoffs
Conduct site visits, roof walks, verify field conditions
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/supplier pricing
Deliver professional proposals and scope narratives
Profile Sought:
3+ years of estimating experience in commercial roofing
Strong system knowledge (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod Bit, coatings, metal)
Comfortable with Bluebeam, The EDGE, or similar
Detail-oriented, strong communicator, client-facing skills
