Based in Orlando, we are a design-build general contractor focused on a variety of commercial projects throughout the Southeast, including government, healthcare, and municipal projects, and are committed to excellence in complex, high-stakes environments—especially in the healthcare space. As we embark on succession planning, we’re building a robust preconstruction team, and we’re looking for an Estimator to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates using Bluebeam and Excel
• Craft compelling, high-quality proposals and technical narratives (writing should be a personal strength)
• Collaborate with preconstruction team members (you’ll lead 2 others) and work closely with trade partners
• Develop project schedules in Primavera to align labor and scopes for subcontractors
• Support strategy development during preconstruction downtimes
• Ensure all proposals align with the guidelines
• Lead trade engagement and outreach, especially for complex projects

Who You Are

• A construction professional with 5+ years in estimating
• Former field experience preferred—you understand how things go together, not just what they cost
• Sharp attention to detail, coachable, and capable of executing without handholding
• Willing to go the extra mile and put in the time when deadlines loom
• Communicator—not a presenter. Clear, concise, and dependable in writing and meetings
• Active in staying current with trends, pricing, and strategies in government construction

What You’ll Need

• Proficiency in Bluebeam , Excel , and Primavera
• Knowledge of estimating commercial projects

Comfort with trade engagement

Compensation

• Base salary: $120,000–$130,000
• Bonus eligible
