• Trauma Level: Community Hospital (applying for Level 3 trauma designation)
• NICU Level: Level 2 NICU
• Case Types: Bread and butter cases including:
- Orthopedics, Podiatry, Surgery
- Plastics, Ophthalmology
- Vascular (open and in cath lab)
- Excludes complicated brain, thoracic, open heart, or high-risk OB cases
- Healthy pediatric patients only
SUPERVISION MODEL
• Directed supervision with a 3:1 model
