Starting Pay: $22–$26/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Location: El Segundo, CA

About the Role

Join a leading logistics company as a Customs Entry Writer, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth and compliant customs brokerage operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, CBP/PGA, and internal teams via email, phone, and messaging.
• Process and manage multiple brokerage files (Entry, Inbound, ISF) accurately and on time.
• Review documentation for compliance issues before, during, and after processing.
• Research CBP/PGA requirements and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Utilize brokerage software to handle daily operations.
• Coordinate efforts and maintain clear communication across internal offices.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customs Brokerage.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability to changing regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
