We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative (English/French) with solid experience in email and chat support , as well as a background in logistics or supply chain environments , to join our dynamic team.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Location: Remote (subject to change based on corporate decisions)

Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the voice of the customer—handling inquiries, resolving logistics-related issues, and ensuring exceptional service via email and chat . You'll manage ongoing customer cases, address first-level escalations, and maintain up-to-date records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
✅ Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and outbound calls
Troubleshoot and resolve logistics and order-related issues quickly and professionally
De-escalate concerns and ensure customer satisfaction at first point of contact
Maintain detailed and timely documentation in the WMS
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service challenges
Ensure customer profiles and instructions are accurately maintained
Adhere to client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support with related administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
College diploma or equivalent work experience
1+ year in customer service, with a focus on email/chat support
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
Strong communication skills in English and French (verbal and written)
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating various platforms
Quick decision-maker with a strong customer service mindset
Calm and solution-focused when handling escalations
Collaborative, adaptable, and empathetic team player

Date de début : Dès que possible
Horaire : Du mardi au vendredi de 11 h à 19 h (HE), et le samedi de 9 h à 17 h (HE)
Lieu : Télétravail (sujet à changement selon les décisions de l’entreprise)
️ Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (oral et écrit)
Aperçu du poste
En tant que représentant(e) de l’expérience client, vous serez le point de contact principal des clients – traitant leurs demandes, résolvant des problèmes liés à la logistique, et assurant un service de qualité via le courriel et le clavardage . Vous gérerez les dossiers clients en cours, traiterez les escalades de premier niveau et maintiendrez les informations à jour dans notre système de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS).
✅ Responsabilités principales
Répondre aux clients par courriel, clavardage et appels sortants
Résoudre les problèmes logistiques et de commandes de manière rapide et professionnelle
Désamorcer les situations difficiles dès le premier contact
Mettre à jour les dossiers clients dans le WMS avec précision
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les enjeux de service
S’assurer que les profils clients et instructions sont bien tenus à jour
Respecter les procédures opérationnelles (SOP) propres à chaque client
Effectuer des tâches administratives connexes au besoin
Qualifications
Diplôme collégial ou expérience équivalente
Minimum 1 an d’expérience en service à la clientèle, avec expertise en soutien par courriel et clavardage
Expérience dans la logistique, la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou la gestion d’entrepôt
Excellente communication en anglais et en français (écrit et oral)
À l’aise avec les technologies et les plateformes multiples
Bon jugement et sens du service client
Calme, professionnel(le) et axé(e) sur les solutions lors d’escalades
