As a Customer Service Representative, you will help foster strong connections between clients and our brand while supporting sales and growth initiatives.

• Build and maintain positive, lasting relationships with clients and customers to enhance sales and brand awareness

• Identify and resolve client questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

• Leverage product knowledge to assist in sales efforts and new client acquisition

• Deliver personalized purchasing experiences and exceptional customer support

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities that drive revenue

• Work closely with Brand Relations and Sales team members to achieve performance goals

We’re looking for friendly, proactive, and relationship-focused individuals who are excited to grow with our team. Ideal candidates:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (college a plus but not required)

• 1–3 years experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred but not mandatory

• Are people-oriented and passionate about building strong client relationships

• Are charismatic, personable, and able to facilitate positive interactions

• Are results-driven, self-motivated , and eager to improve interpersonal skills

• Possess strong active listening skills and empathy toward clients

• Take a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges

• Hands-on training to develop customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills
