Full-time Associate needed ASAP in Albuquerque, New Mexico (5 -25K Sign-On Bonus for short to long-term contracts) and a very generous partnership opportunity is also available if interested.We are looking for a full-time dental associate and/or future partner in our 10 operatory dental practice located between Rio Rancho and Northwest Albuquerque (Rio Rancho has consistently been voted as one of the best cities to live and work in, raise a family, etc. as well as one of the fastest growing cities in our nation as well.Of further importance, all of prior associates (over the last 10 years), including recent grads, have all earned over 250K after 6 months out of school with just bread and butter dentistry and would make more if desired, etc. and our current associate is making over 350K/ year with IV sedation. We welcome compensation verification.Now that the time is right, and if mutually inclined, an extremely generous partnership opportunities exists for someone who has a long-term interest (5+ years) in New Mexico including ownership in BOTH the dental practice and our award-winning commercial office building. Too much to list but this is a highly generous offer to attract the right associate or partner, etc.Schedule is open to negotiation, but we currently work M - Th (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) and EVERY OTHER Friday (7:30 AM - 1:00 PM).
