Job Description

Design Team Assistant - entry level position advances to Designer Level 1 - position after 90 days.

Full-time / Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4pm / Temecula, CA Office Position

The entry level design team assistant performs various tasks using Adobe Photoshop and Web Editing including:

• Basic Adobe InDesign & Photoshop assignments
• Formatting articles and other web content for the web
• Utilizes design production workflow tools and collaborates with Designers

Since many production tasks will be trained, this position is a great fit for a candidate excited to learn new systems and web design related tasks. Candidate should also have the independence to perform assigned daily projects carefully, making sure the task is done properly per the guidance and instructions provided.

Training Provided - New hires will be trained basic skills for tasks

• HTML/CSS, Javascript, Jquery, PHP
• Adobe InDesign & Other Creative Suite Applications
• Video editing tools, Adobe Premiere or After Effects

We are a small team of under 15 employees.

Compensation
Hourly Rate - Design Team Assistant $17/hr

Advances to Designer I (level one) after 90 days.
Designer I - Pay Range is $ 18.00/hr to $ 22.00/hr

Qualifications

Basic Skills Required to Apply

• Experience working with any blog/web/social media based content editing tools
• Photoshop - Basic program experience to edit and adjust images
