Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently assign and dispatch resources to job sites while monitoring progress and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Maintain constant communication with field personnel and clients to provide updates and instructions.
• Optimize schedules for dispatchers and ops teams to achieve the best coverage and response times.
• Identify and resolve challenges or issues that arise during dispatch operations.
• Suggest and implement improvements to operational processes for better efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Capable of working effectively with a diverse team and managing multiple priorities.

- Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering quality service.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.

- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- 1 to 5 years dispatch experience.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time position; available for flexible scheduling including weekends.
