CalWest's client school in the Greater Marin area seeks an Educational Technology Teacher and Integrator to begin in August 2025.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Relevant teaching experience with a minimum of two years preferred
• Relevant subject area knowledge
• Proven track record of working effectively to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
• Strong skills in curriculum design, initiative, follow-through, organization, collaboration, and communication

Responsibilities

• Teach Media, Technology, and Innovation (MTI) skills classes to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade
• Teach a twice-weekly MTI elective class to 7th and 8th graders
• Lead robotics activities and projects
• Proactively engage with faculty and staff to advance MTI programs
• Assist in providing technical support, technology coaching, and technology training to students and teachers
• Model personal standards of excellence: warmth, clarity of expectations, consistency, and accountability
• Employ equitable and culturally responsive teaching practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development
