Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, professional Entry-Level Bondsman / Bonding Agent to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to enter the legal or criminal justice field. The schedule will vary but typically includes 2–3 days per week, with full-time hours due to the nature of the job. We will assist you in becoming certified as a bondsman if you're not currently licensed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients through the bail bond process in a respectful, professional manner

  • Complete necessary paperwork and ensure legal compliance

  • Communicate with jails, courts, and law enforcement as needed

  • Respond to calls and inquiries in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on active bonds

  • Represent the company with integrity and discretion at all times

Qualifications:

  • Must be a resident of Georgia

  • Able to pass a criminal background check (required)

  • Must be at least 25 years old

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed

  • No prior experience required — training and certification assistance provided
