We are seeking a skilled and professional Esthetician with laser technology experience to join our team on a part-time basis with potential to increase hours in the future. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in performing a variety of aesthetic and laser treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic services such as:
• • Laser hair removal
  • Skin rejuvenation/BBL photofacials
  • Chemical peels
  • Dermaplaning
  • Customized facials
  • microneedling
  • Post-procedure care recommendations
• Ensure safe and proper operation of laser and aesthetic devices in accordance with state regulations and manufacturer protocols
• Conduct thorough consultations, skin assessments, and treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and pre/post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
• Support the front desk team when needed (client flow, room turnover, product restocking)
• Contribute positively to team culture and client experience

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment following all state and clinic protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician license in the state of Illinois (required)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, honest, reliable, and eager to grow clinically and professionally

• Proven experience operating laser equipment (laser certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
