You sound like the perfect fit for Uptown Cheapskate Woodlands. We are NOT your typical retail store. We buy, sell, and trade clothes from top brands like Abercrombie to Luxury names like Gucci. Our style leans toward teens and young adults but everyone can find something to love at Uptown!

We are seeking a strong, fun "Asst Manager type" who can assist in leading a team, inventory management, must be a go-getter who gets the job done. Must have team spirit and a positive attitude (don't kill our vibe!). Must be an Amazing Leader

Responsibilities:

• We'll train you to sort & evaluate incoming inventory using our proprietary software
• Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
• Direct a team of 8-20 people daily
• Assist with running the store with passion and drive
• Must have at least 1-2 years experience in Fashion Retail Management in the last 3-4 years
• Must have worked in Fashion Retail and enjoys it and wants to continue in this career path
• Must be a team player, have great initiative, be responsible & a fast learner
• Must have open availability on weekends
• Must work with Store Management to consistently meet Goals
• Must be able to fill in for call-outs from staff members
• Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC!
