**Job Title: Flight Nurse**
**Salary: $85k- $139k annually -(DOE)**
**Location: Red Bluff, CA**
**Bonuses:** Up to 25% Location Bonus + Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
**Job Overview:**
Join an elite air medical team as a **Flight Nurse** , delivering critical care during emergency transport missions. This role involves working in high-pressure environments, providing advanced medical care in rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground transport settings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Must have active RN license in state employed
+ Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) of current critical care/emergency experience
+ Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS. NRP preferred. Instructor certifications preferred
+ CFRN within 24 months of hire
+ Flight or transport experience preferred
+ Must successfully complete the Air Medical Group education/orientation program
+ Effective human relations skills required for interfacing with all levels of personnel and external customers
+ Must meet and maintain clinical personnel weight restriction limit for flight accordance policy
+ Must possesses basic computer skills for email, electronic charting, etc.
+ Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs
+ Must be able to pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam/strength and flexibility assessment, life up to 100 lbs) and drug screening
**Schedule:**
+ 24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, followed by 5 days off.
**Qualifications:**
+ Active RN license in California.
+ 3-5 years of critical care/emergency experience.
+ Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC/TNCC/ITLS/PHTLS; NRP preferred.
+ CFRN within 24 months of hire.
+ Flight or transport experience preferred
