Responsibilities:

Strong attention to detail and operational workflow to effectively track and analyze the status within the packaging process.
Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence with credibility, analysis and judgment.
Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Must recognize and follow process and procedures while evaluating and improving.
Quick thinking and able make sound judgment in resolving fulfillment issues.
Self-starter who works well under limited direction. Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and drive.
Ensure compliance with customers’ needs for documentation.
Knowledge of UPS, Fed Ex, and Common Carriers (LTL and TL) a plus.
The organization and thoroughness to see projects from preparation through tear down.
Must enjoy a high level of manual dexterity/hand-eye coordination
Have possession of a current driver’s license
Hilo experience a plus
Lifting to 50+ pounds
