**Job Summary:**
TLC Janitorial, a family-owned professional cleaning company, is seeking a Part-Time Coverage Team Member to maintain the highest quality of cleaning in various facilities. This position offers flexible evening hours and involves reporting to the office in Wrentham, MA.

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the highest quality of cleaning in offices, restrooms, kitchens, warehouses, hallways, medical offices, and industrial facilities.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Report any issues noticed during shifts.
- Train current and new employees in proper cleaning methods.

**Qualifications:**
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts and weekends.
- 3+ years of cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience with floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing) is a plus.
- Knowledge of carpet care (extracting, shampooing) preferred.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle check.
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and able to pass a background check.
- Proficient in English for effective communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Pay Range** $17.00-$20.00 per hour
