Raw Earth Foundation is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Designer to help communicate our mission through compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will design and produce a variety of materials, including graphics for campaigns, promotional content, and brand visuals, to inspire community engagement and support for our environmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, website, print materials, and advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for fundraising campaigns, events, and educational initiatives. Develop templates for recurring content, such as newsletters and social media posts, ensuring consistency in style and branding. Assist in designing graphics and visual content for digital ads, including for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Create visuals for video content, such as title slides, lower thirds, and end screens. Support the creation of infographics and charts for reports, proposals, and presentations. Work with the web development team to ensure cohesive visuals on digital platforms. Stay updated on design trends and tools to deliver engaging and modern content. Qualifications: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. Experience designing for both digital and print mediums. Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in environmental or nonprofit marketing. Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements. Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and web design principles. Commitment: 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate deadlines. Most tasks can be done remotely, though occasional virtual team meetings may be required.
