Role and Responsibilities:

• As a Stocker, you'll help keep our store organized and stocked. 
• You'll work with a supportive team, including many people with disabilities, to ensure our shelves are full and products are fresh. 
• Help sort and move products from delivery trucks to the store shelves. 
• Put products on shelves where they belong and make sure items are easy to find. 
• Move older products to the front of the shelves and place new items behind them to keep products fresh. 
• Check for and take off any expired products from the shelves. 
• Make sure your work area is clean and safe. 
• Use safety gear and follow safety guidelines to stay safe at work. 
• Get to know our products to help customers better. 
• Let the Project Manager know if something goes wrong or if you need help. 

Qualifications:  

• Work well with others and be supportive. 
• Notice when products need to be moved or replaced. 
• Follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE). 

  Requirements:

• No experience needed 

Physical Demands:

• Standing for long periods
• Lifting
• Bending and reaching
• Manual dexterity
• Walking
• May carry or push carts
• Reasonable accommodations can be provided.

Environmental Demands:

• Temperature fluctuations
• Various noise levels
• Lighting
• May have exposure to food odors, cleaning products, and other scents
