Human Resources Assistant
Location: Downtown LA
Schedule: fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Duration: open ended temporary assignment
Salary: $20/hr - $23/hr

Job Description: Assist the HR department with a variety of administrative tasks, that include:

* Creating employee personnel files in HRIS (Paycom experience preferred but not required
* Filing support
* Audit employee records/files
* Support with open enrollment (track employee forms to make sure completed)
* Assist with recruiting responsibilities (posting job descriptions, coordinating interviews and outreach to candidates, compiling offer letters, etc)

Requirements:
* At least 1+ years of experience in HR role
* Non-profit experience is a plus
