Human Resource Assistant

AP Executive Staffing is partnered with a great company in the dental industry to hire a motivated and detail-oriented HR Office Assistant This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting core administrative and human resources functions that help foster a positive and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion while contributing to a culture of excellence and employee engagement.

Hourly Rate: Starting at $24 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Support employee-related processes such as onboarding, document preparation, and personnel file maintenance
• Manage correspondence, office supplies, and scheduling tasks
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration, invoice processing, and internal communications
• Contribute to employee engagement efforts including social events, recognition programs, and community outreach
• Prepare materials and logistics for employee training sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Ensure policy compliance and effective communication with employees and leadership

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred
• 3+years of administrative experience in a professional work setting
• Some previous HR experience, highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, service-focused approach
