Description:
The Human Resources Generalist serves as a shared HR leader across all three company entities, providing comprehensive support in recruitment, benefits administration, bi-weekly payroll processing, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role oversees talent management, training, compensation, and HR operations while ensuring consistent alignment with FAA regulations, labor laws, and company policies. The HR Generalist plays a key role in cultivating a high-performance, safety-driven culture across all organizations.

Required Qualifications:
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience or 7+ years in HR leadership, with direct experience in aviation, aerospace, or other regulated industries preferred.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven HR reporting.
Leadership Skills
· Manage change and influence organizational culture.
Communication
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in high-stakes or regulatory environments.
· Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications
· PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
Regulatory Knowledge
· Familiarity with FAA, DOT, OSHA, and labor law compliance.
