Job Title: Maximo Technical Consultant
Location: Wilmington, DE / Washington, DC (Onsite)
Duration: Full-Time/Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 Maximo support and troubleshooting.
- Support and troubleshoot Maximo Mobile .
- Configure and customize Maximo modules using Automation Scripts and Mbo Customization .
- Develop and maintain integrations .
- Automate and optimize Maximo workflows .
- Build and customize Maximo reports (BIRT Reporting, query writing).
- Identify and implement system enhancements .
- Perform data validation and uploads into Maximo.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience with Maximo 7.6 .
- Experience in 2–3 full cycle implementations of IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions in a Technical Lead capacity.
- 5+ years of Level 2/3 support experience.
- Expertise in Maximo Mobile, customizations, integrations, and automation scripts .
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite v9 .
- IBM Maximo certification .
- Experience integrating Maximo with third-party platforms .
