If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about enabling digital transformation, this opportunity is for you.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Meeting Management: Schedule, lead, and document project meetings. Prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up to support project progress.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Assist with project planning, including developing timelines, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and identifying potential issues early.
  • Team Support: Facilitate coordination among team members and act as a liaison between the team, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manage expectations, escalate concerns, and support change management and communication efforts.
  • Resource & Budget Tracking: Support resource allocation and forecasting. Monitor project budgets and assist with reforecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements based on project retrospectives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in a project coordination role within IT, with hands-on involvement in budget, scope, and schedule tracking.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet for project planning, form creation, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Experience supporting project managers in tasks such as business case development, budgeting, and status reporting.
  • CAPM or SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, SDLC, and enterprise software implementations.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative team player eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.
