Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant to join our Workforce Schedule to Pay (WSTP) program. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UKG Workforce Management modules, particularly in Time and Attendance , and will support functional testing efforts to ensure successful system delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support functional testing activities for the Workforce Schedule to Pay (WSTP) program.
• Leverage deep knowledge of UKG Time and Attendance and other related modules to validate system functionality.
• nalyze, document, and execute functional test cases across staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, absence and leave management, and EZCall.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues during testing cycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the WSTP program.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Kronos/UKG Workforce Management functional roles.
• Deep understanding of UKG modules , with a focus on Time and Attendance .
• Expertise in staffing , scheduling , time and attendance , absence and leave management , and EZCall reporting and processes.
• Proficiency in functional testing within a complex program environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Test Assure or similar test automation tools .
