Performs required O&M as needed to a variety of machinery including (but not limited to) air coolers, compressors, coalescing filters, oil/water separator, pumps, flares, GC, flowmeters.
Provides basic troubleshooting, wiring, uploading/downloading for programming logic controllers (PLC).
Troubleshoots equipment as needed.
Coordinates operations with contractors, sub-contractors and other staff as necessary to complete required tasks.
Maintains permit compliance with appropriate testing, reporting and record keeping.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel for record keeping and operational logs.
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of experience in a mechanical, industrial or electrical industry or related field.
Must possess a valid driver's license and First Aid and CPR certification (Certification provided ).
Must be willing and able to complete basic PLC logic courses provided
Knowledge, experience, and ability to repair and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery.
Note: This is a safety sensitive position and requires drug testing as a condition of employment.
Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions associated with this position.
Knowledge of gas plant equipment and procedures.
Knowledge of basic hand tools.
Knowledge of safety procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively orally.
