Lead Maintenance Technician (CNC/Siemens) Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with at least 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience with CNC machines/machining
• Experience with controls (Siemens, Fanuc, etc)
• Basic computer skills and ability to document work clearly
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
• Support equipment upgrades and assist with installations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
