What You'll Do

As a Water Restoration & Cleaning Lead Technician , you'll lead the charge in delivering top-tier mitigation and restoration services while ensuring every job meets IICRC standards. Your role will include:

• Effectively perform Water Mitigation & Cleaning services the company offers
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Complete Work Order and the Technician's Daily Log.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles and related supplies.
• Hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
• Review the daily requirements of projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges encountered.
• Supervise and perform water damage tasks related to: demolition and debris removal, construction of containment areas, wall cavity drying, carpet seam cutting, and baseboard removal.

Physical Demands

• Lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
• Mobility and ability to maneuver in tight spaces

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a self-starter with leadership skills and a passion for restoration and cleaning. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience : Minimum 2+ years of recent water damage restoration experience
• Skills : Strong problem-solving, basic computer proficiency, proficiency with restoration software such as Xactimate.
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, someone who thrives in a fast-past environment and has a customer-first mindset to build trust with clients and inspire your team.
• Education : High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or IICRC certifications a plus.
