Light Industrial Production Associate

Seeking motivated Light Industrial Production Associate to join our team in Carey, Ohio. In this role, you will work with injection molding machines and contribute to the production process to ensure high-quality output.

Details:

• Location: Carey, Ohio
• Shift: 2nd Shift: 2 PM to 10:30 PM
• Pay: $17.60/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Start and stop production machines as needed.
• Operate injection molding machines efficiently.
• Assist in setting up work processes to improve performance.
• Use testing and measuring equipment to ensure product quality.
• Stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Confirm that all products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Mark parts for easy identification.
• Aid in changeovers and transitions in the production process.
• Accurately record production data and performance metrics.
• Read and follow written instructions carefully.
• Follow directions from supervisors and team leads.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety rules and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
