The Machine / Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves loader/unloader duties, completing production records, and performing basic inspections to meet quality standards. Located in North San Diego County. $20-24/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor production and assembly machinery following safety standards • Load/unload materials manually or with assistance equipment • Track machine performance and stop to troubleshoot issues • Maintain production records and adhere to standard work procedures • Use basic measurement tools for quality checks • Maintain organized and clean workspace in compliance with safety protocols • Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report issues promptly Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production roles • Basic troubleshooting of minor machine malfunctions • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods • Strong attention to detail and organization skills • Familiarity with basic measuring tools and quality control practices • Ability to lift up to 50?lbs and stand/walk for extended periods • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Apply today to join a growing company with opportunities for advancement!
