Maintenance Technician

Location: Lewisburg, TN

Job Type: Full-Time | 3rd Shift 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM

About the Role

DirectPath Recruiting Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician on behalf of a top-tier manufacturing client. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and repairing equipment, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of manufacturing equipment and building systems.
• Work with electrical controls, plant power systems, and circuits.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and infrastructure.
• Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, and technical support as needed.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, lighting, and HVAC work.
• Assemble and disassemble tools, gauges, and fixtures.
• Accurately document maintenance work and materials used.
• Support robotic systems (Yaskawa experience is a plus).
• Program and troubleshoot using Allen Bradley PLC software.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 5+ years of maintenance or industrial equipment experience (preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, and PLC systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety.
