Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding (Night Shift)\n\n
Location: Charlotte, NC
\n Schedule: 2-2-3 | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
\n Pay: $30–$37/HR depending on experience
\n Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nTroubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
\n\t\n\tPerform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns
\n\t\n\tAssist with mold changes and equipment setup
\n\t\n\tMaintain facility systems (electrical, air, water)
\n\t\n\tDocument work using a computerized maintenance system
\n\t\n\tFollow all safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, electrical safety)
\n\t\n2+ years of maintenance experience in plastics or injection molding OR formal maintenance training
\n\t\n\tStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
\n\t\n\tExperience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics preferred
\n\t\n\tAbility to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs
\n\t\nCompetitive pay based on experience
\n\t\n\tPredictable 2-2-3 night shift schedule
