A dynamic, full-time Multi-site Property Manager / Community Director position is available at a Residential Property Management company in WILLIAMSTOWN, VT . We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent leadership and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!

Three properties totaling 115+ units. A mix of senior, affordable, and market-rate. Knowledge of multifamily property management is required. LEASING REQUIRED

Qualifications / Requirements for this position include:

• 4-5 years of property management experience required
• Leasing and marketing skills required
• Resident Retention, work orders, and tenant follow-up
• Knowledge of leasing
• Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.
