Seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU-trained Physician Assistant to join a Level-III NICU team in Brooksville, Florida. Candidates must have a Master's degree, board certification specific to neonatal care, and at least 2 years of current NICU work experience. The 20-bed unit offers multidisciplinary support with Neonatologist and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists on site, providing care for approximately 1600 annual deliveries.

Job Description:

• NNP Candidates:
  - Board Certified APRN national specialty certification NNP(cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
  - Minimum of a Masters Degree
  - 2+ years of current NNP work experience (not including training or as RN)

PA Candidates:
- Minimum of aMaster's Degree
- Board Certified throughNCCPA
-Completion of a Neonatal PA training program is highly preferred
- 2+ years of current PA work experience in NICU (not including training)

• This 20-bed Level-III unit has an average daily census of 12-20 and approximately1600 annual deliveries
• There is Neonatologist and MFM on-site support, as well as a variety of other sub-specialists
• 16-hour shifts, with possibility of 24-hour shifts as the unit grows
• Located on the bay side of Florida, Brooksville is centrally positioned on the Nature Coast with easy access to many crystal clear springs and a short drive south to the growing metro area of Tampa Bay.
• Not accepting new graduate candidates - CURRENT 2+ years' work experience in NICU (not including RN or training) is required
• Not accepting Locums candidates
