Title: Network Security Administrator

Location: Acton, MA 01720, San Diego, CA (Hybrid) 2 days per week on site.

Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hr. on W2

Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Security Admin to join our IT team.
• The successful candidate will assist in the implementation, management, and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Maintain network security configurations, compliance and best practices.
• Support the implementation of network security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Collaborate with multiple Infrastructure teams in the deployment and maintenance of the network infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues.
• Be the liaison between the Network Infrastructure and Enterprise Cyber Security teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with network switches, wireless, and firewalls.
• Experience with network security principles and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco: CCST, CCNA, Cisco Certified Support
• Technician (CCST) Cybersecurity; CompTIA: Network+ or Security+) are a plus.
• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Aruba ClearPass is a plus.
• 2 years of network and network security experience.
• Comfortable in speaking and writing in English, and communication and teamwork.
