About the Role: Home Buying Specialist This is a high-performance sales role where your hustle, drive, and communication skills will directly impact your income and our success. You'll work primarily from your home office, managing inbound leads and agent outreach, qualifying sellers, and attending in-person appointments to secure contracts. The properties may be in rough shape—but we treat every homeowner with kindness and respect. This is a full-time position, including evenings, weekends, and on-call holiday coverage , with future potential for shift changes as the company grows. Key Responsibilities Respond Fast & Close Deals Handle all inbound calls (100% answer rate) and web leads quickly. Qualify sellers, set appointments, and close contracts using our proven process. Outreach to Agents Spend 2+ hours daily calling and texting local agents to uncover off-market leads ideal for our as-is, quick-close offers. In-Person Appointments Visit homes in the Greater Cincinnati area to assess condition, estimate repairs, and negotiate contracts. Support Project Management Help plan renovations, coordinate with contractors, and monitor progress. Oversee Transactions Work with title companies and stakeholders to ensure smooth, on-time closings. Learn sales techniques, repair estimating, and legal processes (like probate) to sharpen your edge and increase earnings. Full-day one-on-one shadowing Dive into our comprehensive training materials Observing lead management, attending appointments, listening to follow-up calls Sales & repair estimate training along with contract drafting Daily feedback & reporting Month 2: Contribute Start making calls and handling tasks with support Attend seller appointments with your mentor Negotiating deals directly, with guidance as needed Month 4: Take Flight Manage appointments solo Own the sales cycle end-to-end Start driving measurable results Beyond Month 4: Access to ongoing mentorship and support from the team to foster your continued success and growth.It’s not just about here and now, we are in this for the long-term.
