We are partnering with a well-established client to find a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative focused on driving new business for assembled pallet and box solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels at identifying opportunities, building new relationships, and generating growth from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Develop : Identify and pursue new opportunities within packaging, manufacturing, and logistics sectors to grow your pipeline.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle : Lead every stage from lead generation and outreach to quoting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Territory Ownership : Effectively manage your regional territory (MI, IL, OH, IN) with strategic planning, travel, and follow-up.
  • Tailor Solutions : Translate technical product offerings into clear, customer-centric solutions that address industrial needs.
  • Team Collaboration : Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial supplies.
  • Proven track record as a "hunter"—skilled in lead generation, new account acquisition, and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong closer with excellent negotiation skills and confidence engaging executive-level decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with pallets, crates, or industrial packaging is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-starter with strong discipline, ownership mentality, and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout your territory.
