Job Description

Sawtooth Concepts Painting is looking for a Painter to help perform skilled painting jobs on new and existing buildings and other facilities areas.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

This is a Full-Time position with some opportunity for overtime. As a sister company to Scentsy, Inc., we provide excellent benefits such as Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Medical/Vision/Dental benefits as well as competitive wages.

Pay: $17 - $23/hr depending on experience

What You Will Do:

Prepare work areas with drop cloths, plastic, tapes, paper, and masks as needed, and remove fixtures
Perform general site clean-up, remove debris and trash from work site
Move, load, and unload materials
Assist in light construction work if necessary
Properly use a 6-foot ladder, or more
Paint and assist other painters as directed

We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required for travel between work sites around the Treasure Valley
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ability to wear proper safety equipment as necessary: PPE including hard hat, high viz, gloves, safety glasses, mask, boots, etc.
Ability to understand and follow directions
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Ability to frequently bend, squat, stand walk, push, and pull up to 100 lbs., reach above shoulder level, have both arms and legs accessible, and perform manual dexterity
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to ascend and descend stairs, step stools, ladders, scaffolding, platform ladders, or mechanically elevated devices and be comfortable around heights and working on a roof
