Re-Bath is Hiring a Part-Time Lead Generator / Sales Trainee!

Location: Kentwood, MI
Schedule: Part-Time (20–25 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $18–$22 per hour + Uncapped Commission
Employment Type: Part Time

Overview

Re-Bath is a fast-growing home improvement company seeking two motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Part-Time Lead Generators / Sales Trainees. This role is designed as an entry point into a long-term, high-earning sales career. You will learn our proven sales system through structured training, hands-on practice, and real customer interactions.

This position is ideal for individuals who want to move into a full-time sales role in the future. Our full-time representatives routinely earn between $80,000 and $150,000 per year, and top new trainees often close three to five deals per week once fully trained.

As a Sales Trainee, you will work in-office, in partner retail stores, and at local events to generate qualified leads while developing fundamental sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-office sales and script training sessions (Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.)
• Answer incoming calls, greet walk-in customers, and manage CRM records
• Engage homeowners inside partnering big-box retail stores to schedule qualified sales appointments
• Represent Re-Bath at weekend home shows and community events as needed
• Learn the full sales process and, once trained, begin running your own appointments during evenings and weekends

Requirements

• High energy, outgoing personality, and a willingness to be coached
• Strong motivation to grow into a full-time sales role
• Reliable transportation to travel to Lowe’s and similar retail locations within approximately 30 minutes of the office
• No previous sales experience required; comprehensive training is provided
