Were seeking a data-driven and collaborative professional to join our team as a People Analytics Analyst. In this role, youll partner with the People and Culture team and organizational leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance our workplace culture. Youll be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing complex data sets, designing intuitive reporting solutions, and presenting findings that influence key HR initiatives. Your work will support talent development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness through thoughtful analysis and storytelling with data.
This is a remote role that must be located in one of the following metro areas: Dallas, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO or Louisville, KY.
The salary range for this position is $47,172 - $80,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.
