Onsemi is seeking a People Data Analyst responsible for providing centralized, accurate, reliable, and accessible data solutions. As the Data Analyst, you will work closely with HR leadership to drive the people analytics for the organization at a global level. The role will also liaise with various cross-functional partners across business stakeholders to effectively organize and distill data, ask appropriate questions to understand requirements, and visualize and present complex data in a compelling manner to an Executive audience.
